Visit Us In A.C. at Booth #1744

We’re only a few days away from seeing everyone in Pool & Spa Show in Atlantic City, NJ and BASECRETE has had a banner year in 2023.  Not only have we expanded into Europe and Canada with brand new distribution and production facilities, but our recent testing results have been THROUGH THE ROOF.  In fact, in one 2023 test, we actually broke the testing scale pulling over 30,000 lbs PSF.  Don’t believe us??? Just check the third party verified testing data right here.

Recent Load Test Results For Basecrete: Trump Plaza in Florida recently conducted a pull test on our Basecrete pool application. Incredibly, the load from the hydraulic jack was applied continuously until an approximate 31,200 pound load was reached at which the waterproofing sample at the pool wall held firm and no further load could be applied. This test load is equivalent to a total pullout resistance of at least 31,200 pounds per square foot (psf) for the wall waterproofing test.

Needless to say, our entire staff, distributors and even the pool magazines were incredibly impressed with our pull test since we beat all of the competing products by 10x the pull strength.

We’ve also had an exciting new hire for our West Coast Sales team. Basecrete is proud to introduce Jesse Mikolajczyk who has just joined the Basecrete family.

Jesse has bee “fully immersed” in the pool busines for over 15 years why running Dyanasty Pools in California.

With hands-on knowledge or all facets of the pool industry, he is ready to help new and veteran Basecrete installers hone their skills… AND BUY MORE BASECRETE.

Another Huge Honor For Basecrete Has Been Our Involvement In The Magnificent Mote Aquarium In Sarasota, Fl.

The new Mote SEA facility which broke ground in October of 2020 and is projected to open in early 2023, is part of a $130 million dollar facility planned for the region. More than 65,000 children from Sarasota and Manatee counties will benefit from Mote SEA’s interactive state-of-the-art STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) teaching labs and free educational programming. Mote SEA will be used to support their expanding scientific and technology programs, and expanded research facilities.

We were excited to learn more about the project and interviewed Michael Moore and Dan Bebak at Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium along with Vito Mariano, President of Basecrete Technologies who has been consulting on the waterproofing aspects of the project.
